Return & Replacement Policy

At Zyrah, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged
  • Wrong product was received
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Return Request Time

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Custom or bulk-made packaging products
  • Orders damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days time period.
